Gingerbread cookies.



70 dag of flavour

30 dag of butter

15 dag of honey

15 dag of sugar

2 eggs

1 dag of baking soda

spice to gingerbread

Honey dissolve in a spoon of water and carefully pour into the flour mixed with baking soda. Insert the eggs, add sugar, chopped butter and spice to gingerbread. Knead dough. Postpone to a pastry board covered with flour, pin out of thin cake. Cut cookies and arrange them on greased baking tray.

Bake about 20 minutes at 200C.

Cold cakes decorate according to your taste.



Delicious! I'm afraid they will not survive till Christmas.
